Soy: The World’s Most Dangerous Food?

soybeans2.jpgI am a proponent of the soybean in our diet and as part of a balanced supplement program. The chemistry contained within it…polyunsaturated soybean oil, the protein content and the miraculous isoflavones…can be more than helpful for human health. I fell into an email debate with Sally Fallon, the president of the Weston Price Foundation, the nation’s largest anti-soy organization. They are funded by individual dairy farmers in part and by other corporations that have a vested interest in decreasing the popularity of the soybean.
