Tim Russert: Could We Have Seen This Coming?

Tim Russert was a loved and respected media person that probably everyone had heard of. Sensitive subject I’m touching on here today, but even in tragedy, we might be able to learn something from Tim Russert’s death. So, I pose the question of whether or not we might have been able to have seen his untimely death coming?
